The Abzurbs
The Abzurbs think fondly of Fluxus, Dada, Situationist and other performance
artists as they play, but they also make objects, including photographs, paintings,
drawings, installation, sculptures, videos, and works in multimedia and design. The
Abzurbs build and establish space, transforming warehouses, galleries and site specific
locations into alternative Abzurb breeding grounds. The Abzurbs encourage free play and unrepressed, impulsive behavior in themselves and their audiences.
